Can Vitamin Deficiency Cause Grey Hair?

 

You spot it one morning — a silver strand that wasn't there last month. Your first thought probably isn't "genetics," it's "what am I doing wrong?" That instinct isn't entirely off base.

Why Hair Goes Grey

Hair color comes from melanin, produced by cells called melanocytes at the base of each follicle. The Nutrients Most Linked to Grey Hair
